  • Oversight of over 200 licensees across all toy, outdoor & seasonal, consumer electronics and sporting goods categories
  • Management of all facets of the toy licensing business including five year strat plan, annual budget, franchise marketing, publicity and sales plans
  • Supervision of over 100 employees across all key departments

Accomplishments include:

  • Lead the business to its best revenue and profit in its history.Under my leadership, business grew 54% or a 20% CAGR
  • Increased Disney Toy market share percentage from 5% to 7%
  • Established an incremental business opportunity by developing a tween targeted product line that delivered over $300 Million, or 324% increase
  • Increased sales of the “miscellaneous” toy categories by 64% through an organizational restructuring and establishing its ownbusiness team
