I am primarily focused on ERP, CRM related systems implementation; with an emphasis on NetSuite (ERP, CRM, PSA) and Salesforce. I leverage my strong program management, strategic thinking and financial management skill sets to manage project documentation, schedules, budgets, resource allocations in both SharePoint and PSA environments. Requirement gathering including: process mapping, reporting structure, data integration, are skills that play a pivotal role in the success of the implementation projects.
Melbourne, FL- Served as the Chief Professional Officer, in addition to CFO role, for the organization for the last 14 months, improving the company from a(8.5%) Net Operating Loss in 2013-14 to a 5%+ Net GAIN in 2014-15. Drove several aspects of the business including: Strategic Planning, Marketing & Re-branding, Board Reporting, Financial Analysis and Forecasting, Budgeting, KPI Development, Grant Writing, Contract Management and development and other highly visible projects. Orlando & Tampa, FL- Financial & Information Systems Analyst Responsible for implementing the move to QuickBooks in order to automate the accounting system and provide real-time reporting and decision making ability. QuickBooks provided increased reporting capabilities that let to the establishment of Key Performance Indicators(KPI's) for Sales, Purchasing and Inventory Management. Managed entry of transactions into the G/L and performed all procedures necessary to close the books each period. Assisted in the valuation and sale of the business in 2013.
