Key Responsibilities: Drafted the project plan defining the business objectives, scope and change requirements in the CZ' 23D mainframe code. Converted functional requirement into architectural modules to derive the variable project cost and manage resource allocation. Approved the SIT and UAT test results and controlled the warranty, mitigating the contingencies involved.
