Support to the Customer Financial Services Management by leading an assigned Team of CFS Representatives/Agents. Use of processes and tools (coaching, auditing, analysis, performance monitoring etc) to help the Team provide the optimum Customer Experience, deliver flexible and effective Customer related financial transactions, achieve regulatory compliance and minimize control risks to the Company. Identification and recommendation of new processes as well as participation in projects and implementation of new systems/tools in support of the Company objectives.
