I am studying towards a career in the Hospitality Industry with the emphasis on becoming an Educator / Chef. My third and final year of studies have been completed  in January 2010.

My interests in studying involves a diploma in Food and Beverage Management which is completed as well as furthering my studies in a higher degree in Education and Training.


I enjoy reading, creative writing, painting and researching food in general. I am a keen photographer and enjoy outdoor life.


As you can see I enjoy the challenges of the catering and hospitality trade. I would like to empower myself with as much experience and knowledge as possible in order to constantly further my career with specializing in cheffing and management as a planned outcome to improve the ability to educate and train.
