As a District Manager, I am currently responsible for 19 locations with a staff of 65 employees. My responsibilities include maintenance of staff (training, hiring, scheduling, and disciplinary action), district budgeting, P & L, special projects, project design, project implementation and management, sales tracking. Working with clients through communication, program management, monitoring to execute and achieve successful results. Communicate effectively to Regional Manager including territory summary reports, identification and timely communication of potential client issues, tracking metrics for performance management, conference calls, and establishing individual and program goals. Maintain focus and accountability for expense control, includes ensuring that all expenses are within program guidelines. I hold weekly conference calls which incorporate training, weekly results and future tasking. I also train other (new) district managers on all aspects of our responsibilities. Designed and implemented training protocols for customer and client support.

After completing my Bachelors degree, I was invited to teach Associates and Bachelors students on all aspects of I.T.& server management,  Information Systems Security, Cyber crime and Criminal Justice, and Business Management. I taught for Westwood’s Denver Campus as well as their online campus.
