Led and mentored very successful team of 26 sales people and directly oversaw general business sales planning; consistently surpassing annual sales goals and established corporate margin requirements.Collaborated with international sales teams, and headquarters in Japan, to develop new strategies and implement those tactics in the US.

Managed accounts receivable reducing past due accounts by 35% and exceeding company goals. Designed and implemented production and work flow methods and procedures that increased production and throughput, streamlined work flow while reducing man hours and overhead. Managed and coordinated multi-location large account product purchases and product awareness across multiple company divisions. Implemented product and marketing awareness campaign to educate and train national account customer’s sales force in Kodak Products. This resulted in a 25% increase in product sales and conversions. Successfully directed multiple sales territories with profitable sales growth and exceeding targets by +12%, +8% and +39% yearly within sales territories of $5M, $9M and $8M through equipment and consumable sales utilizing both dealer and direct selling. Converted non-users to Kodak Products through personal visits, product trials and sales presentations. Designed and implemented National Account sales tracking account information and product reporting for senior and field management. Managed and directed marketing efforts for specific product and market segments including product introduction and awareness campaigns, national advertising and consumer relations.
