Richard Sallese is a former IRS attorney who focuses on tax law and legal issues surrounding wills, estates, trusts and pension development. He currently owns and operates his own private practice in San Diego, California. A member of both the San Diego and American Bar Associations, Richard Sallese is prepared to serve clients in all 50 U.S. states. From returns to liens and garnishments, Mr. Sallese can assist clients with a wide range of tax-related problems at the local, state, and federal levels. Richard Sallese earned the first of his five college degrees from Long Island, New York’s Adelphia University in January of 1985. Studying Business Administration in Accounting as an undergraduate, he would go on to obtain dual master’s degrees in Science and Accounting and in Business Administration in Finance. While finishing the last of his two Adelphia graduate programs, Mr. Sallese was also working toward his Juris Doctorate at nearby Hofstra Law School. He would ultimately receive his J.D. degree in 1990. Years later, Richard Sallese would once again return to the academic setting, ultimately graduating with a Master Doctorate of Law from the University of San Diego Law School. Mr. Sallese’s experience in both the legal and business fields has proven invaluable in handling a variety of income- and business-tax issues that require professional representation. He also has experience dealing with the intricacies of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
