Technical Skills: - Certified ARC Specialist, proficient in ticketing procedures and fare structures. - Advanced knowledge of GDS/CRS formats, native functionalities and enhancements. - Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Apollo, Worldspan and Sabre. - Extensive software evaluation, application testing and bug reporting. - Experience with SQL fare database, booking engine and ATPCO fare filing. - Proficiency with system integrations including proprietary reservation system, air booking engine, GDS/CRS, ARC report and back office accounting. - Researching available technologies to improve work performance. - Other IT skills including Windows, Unix, XML, HTML, MS Office and Visio.
