  • Built video server systems marketed to major TV stations around the US including ABC, Fox, and NBC.
  • Debugged all software including GUI, database, and the audio/video engine from Beta level to final release.
  • Spearheaded user interface design to simplify work flow of Live TV Broadcasts.
  • Quality control for products. Tasks include audio and video quality testing, inspecting settings of PC and custom hardware and software with full application run-through of software to ensure system readiness, and final approval of system prior to shipment.
  • Provided on-site training and installation assistance to customers throughout the United States. Worked with Graphic Designers, Technical Directors, Producers, and Operators to prepare the system for on-air usage.
  • Provided email and phone-based technical support including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, operational support, authorizing system returns, and updating hardware and software in the field and the factory.

  • Solely responsible for all shipping and receiving for the company. These tasks include inventory for customer systems and office use, accepting customer returns, inventory control, documents, and shipments to customers. Experienced with Fedex online, MyUPS, and DHL.
