In addition, he has a 20+ year history of successful Systems Integration projects and leadership, covering ERP, CRM, Help Desk, Call Centers, STP, ebusiness, complex customer profitability by extended relationship, various Banking and Insurance applications, Data Warehousing/Data Mining, conversions/migrations, IT side of mergers and divestitures, Enterprise Application Integration and Dashboards/EIS.
