In my position as project manager/Customer Value Manager at LivePerson, I planned, managed, and drove the collaboration, coordination, execution, and optimization of multiple simultaneous Enterprise-level SAAS chat communication software clients.

I was a self-managing SME for project lifecycle including all phases of deployment including implementation, post operational management, and performance optimisation through ongoing data and technical analysis.

I consulted with support, and analytics teams to address and resolve product bugs and process inefficiencies.

I conducted comprehensive business reviews with clients to maximize program success and identify improvement opportunities through engagement, business logic, and design reviews.

I lead and brokered remote phone/web meetings to conduct status meetings, design scope, data analysis, new product presentations, post mortems, and escalations.

As project manager for the Professional Services(PS) team, I was responsible for the successful implementation or upgrade of our B2B CIM software products to our customers, acting as the public face of Moxie. As we were a small team, I was running anywhere up to 10 projects at one time, in various stages of the lifecycle. The projects ranged in value up to six-digits. The projects were run using a waterfall methodology.

As well as the usual project management tasks-project plans, requirement documentation, budgets, issue tracking, liaising with the project team-I also provided best practice advice, trained users, fielded queries and product requests and managed the project work load for the Moxie PS team. I also liaised with our other teams in the US and India for project-related customer hosting and development work.

This role involved an intimate knowledge of our four major SAAS products-email, web chat, knowledge base and collaboration tool-as well as the ability to juggle between a number of concurrent projects, many for major blue chip clients.

 My role at Fathom was lead SEO and Project Manager. During my tenure, I managed a variety portfolio of projects-from small web sites to massive£ 200, 000 backend applications. For these projects I, had to devise budgets, timelines and work packages and manage small teams of developers, designers and HTML editors.

Internally, I also oversaw and managed the development of an e-commerce platform called FathomMerchant that was rolled out to numerous clients. I also spearheaded the company's SEO programme. In my“ spare time” I also lent a hand with front end coding-CSS, HTML, etc.

In this role I also ran the analytics programme for our customers-using Woopra (for live stats) and Google Analytics. We were able to review KPIs for customers on a regular basis, based on the business analysis conducted.

My role was project manager/web producer for the Operation team. Main tasks included managing a number of high profile projects from an operation and production perspective as well as liaising between internal and clients and third party providers. These products have included the ASME award-nominated Sponsored Debates proposition, sponsored content micro-sites and the online MBA Fair initiative.

I completed a variety of important tasks and roles, including drafting proposals, project plans and documentation; implemented web analytics tracking and SEO solutions; prioritised workloads, ran meetings; sent out communications and worked to tight deadlines across a number of departments and time zones. In this role I also underwent basic Scrum training and attended a number of sprint meetings with our development team.

The Web Production team was responsible for member facing front-end code for the entire AOL. co.uk portal. Anything that was not covered in the CMS and publishing tools was handled by our department. We constantly managed customer expectation and prioritised workload to ensure a smooth and efficient department. Our team also project managed the redesign of every AOL content channel. This included liaising with third party content providers, business requirements for the specific channels and making sure each content channel was on schedule, using MS Project.

Researched and produced content for the AOL Mobile channel, which catered for both early 2000s mobiles and PDAs. I helped develop and implement AOL's premium download products-PC2SMS, Ringtones, Logos, and built a prototype PDA service.

I operated in various technical areas, including QA testing and CMS implementation, to launch the worldpop.com site. I also scoped out and created a prototype WAP service which became the live service.
