Smoke & Rye is an award winning American restaurant based in the Midlands region of the UK.
Currently running the daily operations of the restaurant, spearheading a team of 16. Monitoring of business performance internally and externally using KPI's such as GP analysis, sales targets and online customer review portals. All business management aspects including brand work, marketing, promotion, finance and accounting. Operational functions as Head Chef or Restaurant Manager when required.
Achievements include concept, design and launch of the brand, moving to a larger, more premium location after 3 years of operation, winning TMP Best American Restaurant, achieving number 1 on Tripadvisor.com in our very competitive locality and improving turnover year on year by at least 20% for the last 3 years.
