All business management aspects including brand work, marketing, promotion, finance and accounting. Operational functions as Head Chef or Restaurant Manager when required.

Achievements include nomination for Best American Restaurant (award still pending), achieving number 1 on in our very competitive locality and 28% and 23%growth in turnover  year on year since opening. Operational costs cut by an average of 29% over the first 3 years of trading.
