Smoke & Rye is an award winning American restaurant based in the Midlands region of the UK.
Running the daily operations of our restaurant, spearheading a team of 16. Monitoring of business performance internally and externally using KPI's such as GP analysis, sales targets and online customer review portals. All business management aspects including brand work, marketing, promotion, finance and accounting. Operational functions as Head Chef or Restaurant Manager when required.
Achievements include nomination for Best American Restaurant (award still pending), achieving number 1 on Tripadvisor.com in our very competitive locality and 28% and 23%growth in turnover year on year since opening. Operational costs cut by an average of 29% over the first 3 years of trading.
