Summary

A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Dr. Richard Epstein is an experienced medical professional with a 30-year career in the medical field and a background in anesthesiology and internal medicine. He graduated from the university within the top 15 percent of his class and later completed training in the Emory University Medical System and at the University of Pennsylvania that included two residencies and a fellowship in cardiac anesthesia. Richard Epstein, MD, also studied pre-medical curriculum at the University of Maryland, from which he graduated cum laude.

Dr. Epstein has practiced in Maryland and Washington, DC throughout his anesthesiology career. He most recently worked for American Anesthesia in Towson as well.

Outside of his professional obligations, Dr. Epstein also supports the Greyhound Rescue.
