It enables remote location instant issuance of credit card by doing immediate card embossing, fulfillment and shipment. Offer Entry & Decision System is a web application used to create different types of offers sent with monthly statements to customers. It defines offer details, qualification criteria and target population for the offer. At every month end, offers are converted as BRE rule set and are sent to batch jobs. Batch jobs processes these rules on sample population and generates result which are verified and approved via web application. Approved rules are sent for daily execution with actual statements. Responsibilities: Design and development of various functional enhancements, regulatory, Tech Refresh and security uplift releases end-to-end Plan various tests to prove application high availability, disaster recovery & sustained resiliency Impact Analysis and effort estimation and provide data for release planning Doing audit substantiations for various processes at block level Writing and reviewing technical specification document, support guides & user guides Coordinating with business for releases, incidents, acceptance testing and SLA reviews Providing Level 3 production support and resolving incidents within SLAs Highlights: Providing subject matter expert support for vendor managed releases Identified & implemented process improvements that reduced dev efforts and increase time to market Proposed and setup automated deployment process using web based tool that reduces deployment time drastically

LPE also supports“ Shop with Points” platform where customers can pay by chase points for shopping done in Amazon. LPE maintains system of records for remediation orders and sends them to for fulfillment to various different vendors/partners. LSP is portlet based web application used by chase and business partner advisors to serve customer calls related to rewards remediation and earnings details. It internally calls LPE web services to cater and update data.
