- Daily running of all food & beverage trading at the golf club, including Halfway House, 2 bars and 4 function venues.
- Sales Summit on Site Head office: November 2013 – January 2014
- Promote company profile to possible clients.
- Site - Corridor Hill Hostel Witbank as Project Manager: August 2010 - October 2014.
- Manage Catering-(1600 residents),Housekeeping-,Laundry-,Gardening-,Maintenance-,Admin/Reception departments.
- Staff- (106),purchasing-,stock- & budget control.
- Daily/weekly & monthly reports to COO & CEO.
- Weekly/monthly reports & meetings with client/resident committee.
