Global Concept Owner, HR Learning & Development

Drove learning content, process and tool lifecycle from strategic planning to implementation and led the timely delivery of learning services for 65,000 employees, 5 key business units, & 100+ consultants in 15+ countries. .

  • Led strategic direction of Nokia's global L&D service team and in developing global solutions with local application for specified regions. ­
  • Supported development of solutions in Nokia's global Develop & Perform product team, including talent development processes and tools: objective setting, performance reviews, succession planning, competency models, competence and skill assessments, 360 degree feedback, personal and team development plans, career learning paths, onboarding & induction programs.

LMS product launch strategy included information sessions, demos, discussion forums, email notices, key message campaigns, introduction videos, and training to employees, consultants, and support personnel.
  • Steered global L&D capability forums and social learning networks, consulted learning consultants on best practices and participated in external L&D forums.
  • Kept annual maintenance cost to €1.5 million budget as interface and escalation path between HR & IT on product issues and development. Ensured service performance met SLA of 95% reliability with effective product support and maintenance.
