As the current Vice President of Sales and Education for Arizona-based Advanced Mineral Makeup, Rhonda Carr works side by side with founder and owner Annie Mayo. Collaborating on business strategies, Rhonda Carr also organizes fashion events and marketing and educational materials for the high quality makeup company.
During her time as a Consultant for Cosmedical Technologies, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Rhonda Carr worked directly with founder Dr. Loretta Ciraldo. In addition to managing all special events and seminars, Rhonda Carr built relationships and taught doctors and estheticians the proper protocol concerning Cosmedical Technologies, Inc. products.
For the Boise, Idaho-based cosmetic company Episciences, Inc., Rhonda Carr worked in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer and founder. Responsible for imperative assignments such as budget plans, sales strategies, policies, and procedures, Rhonda Carr hired, trained and then motivated an excellent senior sales team that resulted in an increase in sales by 50 percent in the first 6 months of her tenure there.
On a personal level, Rhonda Carr has achieved numerous considerable accomplishments as well. Using her talents for charity, Rhonda Carr offered her skills to perform makeup artistry for Broadway stars volunteering for the AIDS Fashion Show at Omni Berkshire Place in New York City. Rhonda Carr also assisted in raising money for the Children of the Night and KidsPeace charities.
