  • Provide and maintain highly responsive administrative support and customer service within the busy 24 hour Emergency department 
  • Contribute to patient flow by providing support to nursing and medical staff  and liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Answer and navigate incoming calls.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and entry from patients.
  • Appropriate paper work for admissions, discharges, hospital transfers, Medicare and workers compensation forms.

Recently established cafe, Miss Bliss is a cafe celebrating health and well being through delicious wholesome foods. My position was Assistant to the Chef however was rewarded for my hard work and stepped up to replace the chef not long after commencing work here. My duties included but were not limited to:

  • Daily preparation of all food for service line, including creating daily salads for display, baking breads, muffins, slices and raw treats.
  • Plating and serving meals on a busy service line. 
  • Ordering stock and ensuring correct storage and rotational procedures in place and maintaining temperature logs.
  • Daily clean down of kitchen.
  • Assisting staff on floor with waitressing and customer service when required.
