Formed in 2011, I have been instrumental in the set up and organization of Volant Staffing.  Targeted sales and recruitment of engineering and IT candidates for contract position within the United States. Effectively recruited engineers, designers, drafters, and IT candidates for positions in industries such as aerospace, automotive, pulp & paper, petrochemical, manufacturing and industrial. Instrumental in selection of applicant tracking system and payroll/accounting systems. Accounts worked with include Longview Fibre, GE Water and Process Technologies, ATI Wah Chang and Volant Aerospace.  Managed job postings on the company website and other external job boards. Maintained the Volant Staffing Facebook page and Twitter account.
