With over thirty years of experience in church and Christian leadership, and more than nine years of experience in higher education and instructional design, I bring a wealth of leadership and educational depth to any institution. When you add my awesome communication skills and ability to interact with persons from many cultures, I offer outstanding leadership for any instructional, missional, or evangelical project.

My deepest and strongest interest is in teaching practical ministry skills to men and women preparing for vocational Christian ministry and missions. I am also interested in developing new instructional strategies and tools for training pastors and Christian leaders in undeveloped areas of the world. My particular passion is Haiti, but I have also worked in China, Puerto Rico, and Jamaica in developing and leading pastoral learners.

The perfect and satisfying position for me would involve teaching, recruiting and leading learners in short-term missions, and developing strong and effective online courses and resources for pastors and leaders.
