  • Organization design & restructuring: (part of CME's transition from divisional to country model). Involving: business process analysis, mapping functions and capabilities required, identifying opportunities for outsourcing, propose the new structure, forecasting the costs and timeline of the change process
  • Employee relations: leading the restructuring & layoffs process; supervising personnel administration, health and safety, compensation & benefits; guiding management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating HR related policies, procedures & guidelines
