New Product Launch
A global agrochemical company wants to launch a new product in India. The product has a novel pesticide application concept for vegetable crops. The company wants to understand the awareness, interest and desire of farmers to accept the new concept. We first conducted qualitative research and based on that prepared a questionnaire to conduct the quantitative research, and provided the client insights on the farmers’ usage pattern of agrochemicals, their buying behavior and disposition towards the new concept in details. The sample size was more than 500. Data analysis was carried out using Discriminant analysis and Cluster analysis etc for profiling the farmers and getting insights into their buying behavior to aid the client in their decision making
Exploratory Study to get insights on reasons of decrease in sales
A global Hybrids seeds producer wants to know the reasons for the decrease in their sales in a particular region in one of the Indian states. We interacted with client to get a substantial understanding about their business first and then conducted a small qualitative research with the hybrid seed dealers in a few Indian towns. Then the quantitative study helped in exploring the reasons of the decrease of the sales. Multivariate analysis like Factor analysis and regression was used in the project. Now, the client has extended the study for other products/other regions too.
Exploratory Study –Brand awareness and attitude and usage behavior-deodorants
One FMCG MNC wanted to know the usage and attitude towards deodorants among Indian youths. We designed the study and conducted a large survey separately for young males and females in metros, provided the analysis with a report that helped client in the concept development of a new product.

We designed a telephonic survey-a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The results of qualitative research helped in deigning the questionnaire for quantitative research. The results helped the company in understanding the parameters of quality in the mind of clients and the brand personality of the company
