  • Increased leads at key industry events by up to 95% year over year while at SurfControl by creating unique, interactive exhibits.

Managed all scheduling, communications and on-site logistics for 200+ speakers presenting 291 conference sessions running in 19 elective session rooms and 6 hands-on labs during IBM's annual developer conference of over 1000 attendees.  Worked with a multi-division team to determine conference tracks and to select education sessions for each.
