• Designed and successfully implemented a physical-chemical program to understand the the properties of a tomato and it's processing in support of Agricultural Operations and their tomato varietal evaluation program. • Effectively developed a program to monitor vegetable oil processing by utilizing an ICP spectrometer as an on-line, in-process monitor utilizing a unique sampling device.• Engineered  a device to quickly measure nitrogen saturation levels in vegetable oil as a means to prevent plastic bottle paneling in finished products.• Recommended, maintained and administered the LIMS to meet GLP guidelines for the laboratory.
