Responsibilities Requirement analysis from the user group and discussion over the metrics needed for analysis throughout the developments of the project. Developed stored procedures Developed excel template for exporting report data with formatting for daily leadership meeting. Generating code for automation of report/exporting data to excel and deployment. Customized report for generating data for different module owners. Requirement analysis from the user group for discussing report structure and understanding metrics calculation. Developed VBA scripts for periodic P&L(Daily, Weekly) reports using Excel, Access(Reports, Forms). Employees are uploaded and managed(transferring to other manager, referring to HR, Changing the hierarchy of business, marking overtime, etc.) Reporting/Line Manager with the help of this module. a. DCnG Module: Disciplinary, Capability and Grievances are managed in this module. Managers could raise Disciplinary or Capability cases against reportees. In Grievance, any employee within Barclays can raise grievance against his/her manager or colleague or employee within Barclays. b. RHR Module: Whenever there is a capability issue against any reporting employee, first an interview is scheduled with the HR. For this, RHR module is used. c. Overtime Management: Employees working for more than 9 hours
