The Century & The Star Towers, Downtown Orlando were two of my most impressive tasks. The major challenges were the shifting of staff and clean-up process during the four (4) major hurricanes that hit Central Florida that year.
The Star Towers was a 22 story building, The Century was a 27 story high-rise with parking.
As the Assistant Superintendent, I played a senior role in the construction of the 37 story Vue Lake Eola Condominium.
The major challenge was working with a new system to us called Tunnel Form. This system was new to us I took the lead to train and ensured that my teams were well versed in the new system.
In the construction industry, I worked on the JW Marriott and the Ritz Carlton hotels. These hotels required exacting standards and specifications.
