I enthusiastically embrace the next challenge, whether it is in the form of a new project or ongoing operational dilemmas. 

With 18 solid years of experience in the Construction Industry, I have completed four (4) major projects as Head Superintendent. As an assistant Superintendent I have completed in 10 projects.

My achievements range from parking lots to multiple story parking garage structures, also including federal government buildings, high-rise condominium and residential structures.

As a team leader, my proudest achievements were in surpassing production targets. I am especially skillful at motivating teams comprising of associates from diverse backgrounds.

CCK Construction

Superintendent in charge of building a seven (7) story hotel on Walt Disney's property. Responsible for a 48 man workforce comprising of foremen, carpenters, laborers and helpers.

As Foreman at new event center which will be home for the Orlando Magic, I was responsible for all form wall, elevator shaft and some columns. I had eight (8) team members, six (6) carpenters and two (2) laborers.

Superintendent responsible for a 60 man work force comprising of foremen, carpenters, laborers and helpers.

Major accomplishments included:

  • Completing the Doctor Phillips Hospital in Orlando Florida, 
  • Completing Winter Haven Hospital,
  • Construction on Valencia Community College - West Campus.

Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent

SkyLine Forming, Inc.

As the superintendent at the Federal Courthouse, I was responsible for all construction jobs assigned to a major wing in the building. My staff comprised of approximately 80 team members.

My team includes 2 Assistant Superintendents who help to manage skilled team members including carpenters, laborers, helpers and substitutes. 

The Century & The Star Towers, Downtown Orlando were two of my most impressive tasks. The major challenges were the shifting of staff and clean-up process during the four (4) major hurricanes that hit Central Florida that year.

The Star Towers was a 22 story building, The Century was a 27 story high-rise with parking.

As the Assistant  Superintendent, I played a senior role in the construction of the 37 story Vue  Lake Eola Condominium. 

The major challenge was working with a new system to us called Tunnel Form. This system was new to us  I took the lead to train and ensured that my teams were well versed in the new system.

In the construction industry, I worked on the JW Marriott and the Ritz Carlton hotels.  These hotels required exacting standards and specifications.

My skills are form work, framing, decking, dry walls, wall forms, crown molding, columns, and flying tables. Certified forklift and heavy equipment operator. I am also certified in C.P.R. and First Aide. I have also completed the required 10 and 30 hour OSHA classes.
