Project Management:

Initiated the introduction in 2014 of a wearable tracking device into the member journey. The first health club chain to be ahead of the innovation curve by integrating the device into the members experience from the joining process.

Operations Management:

Proven track record of building key account contacts and delivering exceptional results in high quality health and fitness clubs.

  • Secured a further 738 joiners in 2011 by securing the major Goldman Sachs account.
  • Handled all functions related to maintaining excellent relationships and growing high profile accounts such as London Stock Exchange, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Nomura. 2011 Headline results: L4L Sales increased by 28%. Retentions increased by 14%. Personal Training Increased by 14%. Our club was the highest performing club in all areas of the business in 2011. I mentored and coached employees to deliver these outstanding results.
