Senior Overseas Coordinator and Customer Service Officer-Ocean Imports

o Organize shipment operations as per specific requirements
o Coordinating with shipping agents for incoming shipments and the arrival notices to customers.
o Reviewing shipping documents based on shipment details.
o Ensure to get timely and accurate invoices from the agents.
o To follow up the ocean import Shipment in the absence and presence of sales persons.
o Report delayed in shipments by carrier or agent to manager for corrective measure.
o Ensure accurate and timely data input in internal system like MS Excel.
o Co-ordinate with internal department and communicate with other departments ensuring smooth movement of day to day operations.
o Submit daily reports to manager for analysis and decision making.
o Fulfill any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior (Manager).
o Follow procedures of reporting on performance, other reports required from time to time to Direct Manager.
o Build customer relationships and manage customers’ expectations through correspondence exchange.
o Handling of Ocean freight consignments as per specific requirements of the customer while adhering the policies / procedures and productivity standard of the company.
o Developing very smooth relations with the agents and shippers.
