Responsibilities :

  • Set up all filing systems, i.e. recruitment agencies, internal memos, personnel files, accommodation and budget, manning guide, legal document file, visa/ labor file, etc.
  • Prepare the final settlement for the employees who resigned or terminated.
  • Using Fawari System and applying for Visa & residence.
  • Generate the monthly payroll.
  • Ample knowledge of payroll system and its updating.
  • Handles all incoming and outgoing Email.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes whenever required.
  • Responsible for up to date filing of all correspondence.
  • Assists HOD’s in recruitment activity by providing the potential resume and organizing the interview process.
  • Preliminary scrutinizing of resume, making active file for potential candidates for the existing vacancies
  • Follow up with the post recruitment activities
  • Assist the Public Relations Officer in typing visa forms, etc. whenever required.
  • Maintain a record of all visas, labor cards, medicals, health cards expiry in coordination with the PRO.
  • Assist the Staff Quarters Supervisor with his daily tasks whenever required.
  • Maintain a proper record of staff accommodation occupants in coordination with the Staff accommodation Supervisor.
  • Coordinates all employee and labor relations activities within the resort, to ensure compliance with the law.
  • Maintains complete and accurate employee files.
  • Coordinates insurance, vacation, holiday, sick pay, etc. and honors requests.
  • Process vacation applications for all the employees through HRIS workflow.
  • Process vacation applications for all employees.
  • Responsible for staff insurance (Additions – Deletions – Claims- Promotions etc.).
  • Update regularly staff birthdays, manning guide, etc.
  • Prepare offer letters for new staff to be recruited and arrange for their travel & visa.
  • Regularly prepare monthly reports as required by the specified time.
  • Keep a track of expires of passports, visas and work permits on a monthly basis.
  • Maintains starters and leaver record up to date.
  • Prepare clearance reports / final payments for the departing employees.
  • Inform employees on benefits, employee policies, etc.
  • Handle all bank loan, consulate, traffic, etisalat etc letters for the staff.
  • Arrange for tickets for staff leaving on their vacation / new employees / departing employee in accordance to their entitlements.
  • Handle business trip ticketing for the management.
  • Meet the project deadlines assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
  • Increase the consistency of customer service and supervisory leadership skills by utilizing training as a strategy to achieve customer service and operational goals.
  • Responsible to maintain time & attendance system.
  • Coordinating and organizing the staff events.
  • Coordinate & Organize the new employee arrival and induction
  • Maintain and update staff manning list at all time

  • Handling the day-to-day problems of staff, coordinating with Training Manager in training aspects and helping the training manager in orientation of staff in briefing about the UAE Labor Laws.
