Power & Motion deals with gears reducers maintenance for Woodbrook products (PTI Falk, Flender and Transmotecnica) and thrid parties. It also provides condition monitoring. As Operations Manager, I became responsible for Service Centers project management in Serra (ES) and Maraba (PA) as well as commercial and technical tasks related to Service Centers. Besides technical and commercial tasks, I was responsible to find and hire production team as well as training some of them to use Salesforce tool. My previous experience on IT was a key factor to implement VoIP and VPN using MPLS facilities in order to be in contact with HQ. Maintenance contracts were issued and negotiated for key Clients like Vale and Aracruz as well as Service Centers presentations at exhibitions fairs.

Due to MBR contract it was necessary to run Minas Gerais office in Belo Horizonte dealing with third party CAD employees and suppliers. I became Minas Gerais office branch manager since June 2007.

Once billing and customer care system migration finished, I was invited to run Call Center in both sites (Americana and Santo Andre) dealing with post migration issues being a liaison between IT and Call Center. I became COPC certified and had a challenge to manage over 200 employees at a 24 X 7 Contact Center and Help Desk for 300,000+ subscribers (Pay TV and broadband internet access).

Canbras was sold to Horizon and I shared IT department after merge and aquisition with Horizon IT Director. Main project was billing and customer care system migration where all processes of both companies were studied and a sole one was definied. Besides Pay TV, all IT systems and processes were also studied in order to have a single solution. New billing and customer care system was migrated on both sites starting with Horizon and afterwards Canbras which had more subscribers.
