I left Concur to handle a family emergency.

Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets is the world’s leading technology services provider for the financial services and securities industries.

I was responsible for new business generation within key accounts in the region.

I left Genpact to pursue career growth at Concur.

I managed our Citi relationship – Polaris’ largest customer – for both retail and investment banking technology services.

2. Grew 3 multi-million-dollar engagements at 15% CAGR over 4 years

Engagement Manager (Client: Citi)

Citi Global Consumer Technology (GCT) manages the technology needs of the global consumer banking businesses. I tracked project performance and managed the relationship between country businesses and the delivery organization.

1. Managed cards portfolio migration of 6 countries to the VisionPlus global platform
2. Completed a server migration project for 23 countries on-time and within-budget

DBS, Singapore's leading financial institution, had chosen Polaris to implement a wealth management solution.

I managed the financial aspects of the contract(billing for services, following-up on payments etc.) and acted as the escalation point for all issues.

Key achievements:

  • Successfully negotiated a 43% increase in contract commercials during UAT
  • Led a team of 19 testers during offshore SIT

Travelers Life & Annuity (TL&A), an American insurance major, had chosen Polaris to migrate its legacy agency compensation system.

I developed functional specifications of the reporting and interface modules of the solution by understanding the business requirements.

Key achievements:

  • Coached the team on insurance domain as it was the first project of its kind
  • Ensured no major defects were found during UAT by thoroughly conducting SIT
