  • Convergence Service Delivery: measure, control and improve IT operations process, manage nearshore delivery team.

Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst

In 2008 SAFRAN board of directors approved a strategic project to collect the detailed data of its 6 billions euros yearly purchase. This Business Intelligence system called Purchasing BI collects bulk supply chain datas from 15 independent ERP to a central data-Warehouse and BI software. 

  • Define Data Governance and Master Data Management rules for supply chain data.
  • Automate manual reporting functions to allow supply chain operation to prioritize analysis over data collection.
  • Produce business mapping of ordering, invoicing and delivery supply chain process of every Europe subsidiaries.
