Project Manager for consulting firm specializing in telecom audits, with primary focus on transport billing and revenue recovery.  Responsibilities included:

  • Implemented project management tracking processes to include: project plans, meeting agendas, and project status reports.
  • Responsible for several key areas of audit to include wireless cell phone cost/usage, verification of lines (active/inactive), validation of costs utilizing contracts and applicable tariffs.

  • Directed all phases of collocation process from application submission to successful turn up of site

  • Overall management responsibility for all financial aspects of division to include: vendor relations, invoice audit/approval, preparation of monthly financial accruals and profitability analysis.

Overall management responsibility for lthree switching facilities and operator service network, within 32 states and Mexico.  Accomplishments included:

  • Directed regroom and consolidation of networks after the successful completion of an acquisition.
  • Implemented routing of 800 traffic to on-net facilities which resulted in annual savings in excess of $500,000.
  • Drove changes to routing and network configuration which improved efficiencies and reduced overall cost by more than 7%.
  • Maintained Least Cost Routing database, ensured all routing followed guidelines as outlined in LERG (Local Exchange Routing Guide).
