4. Participate in communications with the college, department, and team. Meet response deadlines as required.

Fall 2008- Case Management-The purpose of this course is to provide students with both a theoretical foundation and an applied approach to the case management/disability management process in rehabilitation.  The course provides students an opportunity to review the rehabilitation process from a variety of perspectives.

Spring 2009- Theories of Counseling-the purpose of this course is to survey major theoretical approaches involved in individual counseling with emphasis on key theorists, basic concepts, advantages and limitations, influence of the therapeutic process, outcome research, and empirically validated treatment techniques.

Leadership Consulting
Work with the Alamance County Chamber of Commerce to develop new leaders in the community by conducting a two-day retreat teaching team building and leadership skills.  Plan a 9-month program where students learn about the community needs and do a project to benefit the community.    Developed a training program for advisors with the Alamance county Youth Leadership Program to teach middle school students about Communication and Goal setting.  Trained the trainers to conduct the program and then oversaw the process.

Active member of Alamance County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Development program to include continuous revamping of the Leadership Program to make it more beneficial to participants. Develop and Initiate training of Leadership Participants.
