  • Provide spiritual care and support to both staff and residents of continuing care retirement community (CCRC)
  • Conduct weekly worship services for residents with dementia; lead weekly discussion groups with residents in the personal care unit; and preach and lead bi-weekly worship for independent-living residents (one service per month is a memorial service and one is a communion service)
  • Visit residents off-site when they are admitted to hospitals and with family members throughout the dying process of loved ones
  • Work with the Spiritual Life committee to develop seasonal services and activities that enhance the spiritual and communal life among residents
