Assist in full recruitment cycle for sourcing candidates for finparx and its related ventures.
Implementation & configuration of Human Resource Management software including setting up internal employee data, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Onboarding of new staff including supporting new hires on visa paperwork & applications.
Develop and maintain new HR material such as job adverts, qualification forms, onboarding and offboarding templates.
Responsible for HR related event management.
