I was responsible for maintaining good relationships with my customers, to ensure a steady flow of orders, I would then process them and pass them over to the transport department. I took incoming calls, maintained databases, typed letters, did filing, and was always helping other members of staff, who were unable to use the Microsoft word packages. When working with the orders, and the pricing of the items I was selling, I also involved myself in Accounts too.
