Managed a group of professionals in the efforts of ensuring growth, functionality and practicality for Cash AdvantEdge payday loan stores. Researched, developed, tested and implemented hardware and software for compatibility with present systems to ensure user friendly tools and products were available to store personnel. Areas of responsibility were for quality assurance, windows administration, research and development, new store deployment and asset management.

-  Designed, developed and implemented a Store Pro Active Response Computerized System (SPARCS) to allow the computer equipment at the store level to notify headquarters when an issue arises. This reduced the volume of support calls by 23% and increased equipment uptime by 12%.

-  Renegotiated the price of new store installation of computerized equipment saving the company more than $281,000.00 per annum. This is a reduction savings of 41% from original contract.

-  Successfully provided the availability of 243 new payday loan stores throughout the United States for business growth within 17 months by ensuring contracted equipment installation was accomplished ahead of opening schedule. This exceeded the schedule by 20 % availability.

-  Managed the implementation and functionality operation of the Unicheq software which allowed electronic transmittals of checks, eliminating the need of physically making bank deposits and reducing the risk personnel and monetary loss.

-  Maintained an 89.2% mission capable rate during the management of maintenance efforts concerning Bahrain detachment support for 64 flights and 147.9 flight hours, along with spearheading the 100% flawless completion of assigned missions in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Noble Eagle.

-  Produced over $27K in cost savings and reduced paper usage by developing and instituting a computerized system to electronically distribute, verify, and correct statistical data.

-  Diagnosed and corrected over 350 hardware/software discrepancies for the Optimized Naval Aviation Logistics Computer Operated Maintenance Information System, in addition to identifying and implementing SPAWAR trouble reports for 17 previously undetected and 36 known errors prior to and preceding NALCOMIS system upgrades.

-  Guided the departmental transition from stand alone workstations to a Navy/Marine Corps. intranet and handled over 200 trouble call tickets, receiving a Navy Achievement Medal.
