I started as customer service representative and a geeksquad agent handing client issues and computer issues,  then was move to computers department for sales and computer Education And now I'm currently working in the Samsung Department where I troubleshoot phone and tablets issues for customers , as well phone activation and Samsung Workshops 3 times a week for customers who want to learn more about their product.

 A large portion of my time in Reta Staffing,I was working for Southern Wine one of the biggest wine distributors in the world. I worked as a forklift , electric plait jack, and picker operator.

I was hired as a maintenance guy cleaning bathrooms  but once i showed my supervisors  that I had more potential I work as a cashier in different areas specially  Electronics, after my maintenance shifts.

I ended up getting a G.E.D after moving so many times, it was the most confident thing at the time for me but I don't regret it I learned more while going to a GED school then I did in high school.

About me




After many Years I slowly notice I have a great teaching ability, ever since I was 6 I used to teach kids how to solve math problems easier and In my past jobs I was recommended many times to teach the new employees, and now while working in Samsung I teach people how to use their phones tablets and devices properly and easier brings comfort when they thank me in the end.

People skills

people skills is some thing I had to learn greatly to help me survive in the retail world. I to force my self out comfort zones to engage people in a more positive way to understand their needs.

Great computer skills

Ever since I was 12 I disarmed by computers just to see what was inside of them , how they worked, and how to fix it, ever since I drive to learn more.
