As an industrial engineer with fifteen plus years experience improving operational practices within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain businesses,  I want to utilize my expertise in either fields of aviation, healthcare, and renewable energy.  My experience emphasizes effective cost reducing skills essential to obtaining substantial savings to the bottom line.

My responsibilities were to provide engineering consulting services to the North American region. Include providing internal recommendations within Avnet’s logistical solution centers and its external 3PL customers. My duties were to conduct work measurements, layout development, scheduling, and implement method improvements throughout entire facilities. Additionally, my duties include continuous improvement of material and systems flow for the $26 million Chandler expansion, while maintaining the reduction of cost of goods sold.

The assignments are of a broad nature, requiring the exercise of appreciable judgment and ingenuity. Assisted in the development of Kaizen practices to improve profits by auditing, controlling, and minimizing production costs. Additionally, my duties included reducing material costs, method analysis, scheduling, machine loading based on engineering and economic studies. Knowledge in compliance to regulatory agencies concerning waste management and safety.
