I provide one of the most integrated approaches for health and well-being through personal training services, nutritional support, massage therapy, and physical therapy.  I work exclusively with one client, or one group, which optimizes the speed and quality of results through uninterrupted focus and attention.

My massage therapy is extremely unique, as it is a fusion of many forms to precisely target each issue in the body rather than using a singular technique.  After understanding a client's purpose for their massage, I diagnose their body very quickly, drawing on my years of formal education and deep intuition from over 5,000 hours of session time.  I am experienced in remedial massage, shiatsu, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, Thai, passive stretching, sports, and pre/post natal.  

I am also a highly qualified and accomplished personal trainer, with over 6,000 hours of client experience.  A training session is entirely unique to each individual, and while it can focus on one area of practice, it is usually a fusion of traditional weight lifting, circuit training, functional training, plyometric intensity training, Mat Pilates, kickboxing, crossfit training, and power yoga.  

In my early career, I worked at high-end fitness centers and spas, ingraining a distinct attention to luxury, detail, and professionalism.  Now, I bring those services directly to my clients, the moment they need them, wherever they are.  

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage involves the use of kneading, stroking, friction, tapping, and vibration and provides relief from stiffness, numbness, pain, and other health problems. The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. 

Deep Tissue and Trigger Point

Deep tissue massage works by physically breaking down adhesions to relive pain and restore normal movement.

Trigger points, or small contraction knots throughout the body, can cause an immense variety of aches and pains.  The massage aims to deactivate the contractions leading to specific problems.

Passive Stretching

Through a sequences of applied stretches, this form greatly improves flexibility and proper alignment.  Stretches can be light or extremely deep for those who require--such as performers and athletes.  The entire body can be addressed, or the technique can be used solely for problem areas.
