Commercial responsibility to CEO for Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product / VAS Portfolio Development at Norway’s first BlackBerry Service Provider.

Achievements include:

  • Developed and executed business strategies to turn around Trigcom's profitability, achieving first NOI (previously NOL) in 2.5 years.  Success factors included organizational management, authoring measuable sales goals with clear compensation plans, developing ODP and competitive solutions, and strengthening brand awareness.
  • Closed first Trigcom solutions sales in early 2008, thereby adding VAS to the product portfolio and sales cycle.
  • Identified and analyzed potential new business partners for Trigcom in order to establish future market strategy, and wrote corrresponding business plans that are still being implemented today.
  • Achieved Trigcom's best sales year ever with 25% growth over previous year.

Implemented Nextel’s BlackBerry launch, enabling RIM to increase its presence in all Nextel corporate and consumer POPs, and resulting in 100,000 activations after two years (the most successful RIM carrier launch to date).
