  • Portfolio encompassed both Duty-Paid and Duty-Free business modules within a luxury galleria brick-and-mortar concept. June 2015 Polo Ralph Lauren added to portfolio providing the largest ownership of RTW for T Galleria Hawaii. Polo Ralph Lauren in T Galleria Hawaii is notably the number one door for DFS worldwide respective to other DFS Ralph Lauren accounts.
  • Managed sell through and SOH via regional branded visual communication based on seasonality or stock on hand
  • Developed and implemented mannequin and VM guidelines specific to each branded boutiques well as supporting overall visual merchandising team with VM strike points
