Utilizing my Certification in Expressive Arts Therapy, I design & facilitate workshops and individual coaching sessions using all art modalities for personal empowerment. These art modalities include both visual and performing arts.

Appearing in many theatrical productions, I most recently guest starred in the pilot series “Horrible Terrible Adventures of David Atkins” (created by David Atkins of “Novocain”) starring French Stewart (of “Third Rock From the Sun”), and appearing in the Public Service Announcement “Fallout” and the films “Quake",  "Some Kind of Fairy Tale", and "Will of Jill".

For thirty years, I have performed in choirs, musicals, stage plays, short films, independent films, television pilots, and staged readings. I have participated in character development utilizing writing and improvisation.  I have explored all sorts of theatrical presentation styles (as a singer, actor, dancer, writer) including mainstream, avant garde, performance art, and music (alternative rock, jazz, hip hop).
