United States Secret Service Polygraph
Asst. to Laboratory Branches, Assisted Fingerprint Specialist in the Identification Section in the Forensic Services Division. Mixed and tested chemicals such as indanedione, malic acid, physical developer, detergent solution for physical developer, ninhydrin, silver nitrate, and redox solution. Trained in writing lab reports, which meet ASCLD-LAB standards, in order to aid questioned document analyst and fingerprint specialist in their case work. Organized, input, and processed ten print fingerprint cards into Automated Fingerprint Identification System(AFIS) while crosschecking references. Assisted in conducting audits on all forensic evidence.

Polygraph Assistant

United States Secret Service
Assistant, United States Secret Service Updated and maintained polygraph test in polygraph vault. Assigned case numbers to field examiners as well as conducting polygraph examiners reviews and audits. Supported the needs of over forty polygraph examiners; created a database to track and log polygraph examiners passports in additional to yearly physicals. Input polygraph applications(802) and criminal reports(850 and 851) into MCI and USSS Main Frame; edit and rewrote polygraph manual to be used by agents and other personnel throughout the Secret Service. Conducted name checks using batch reports for G8 and NATO summits. Maintained, tracked, received and distributed all incoming polygraph reports via FedEx or fax, to be released to the evidence vault or agents. Opened and closed investigative reports in the Master Central Index database. Created files for 802, 850, and 851, that are maintained in the polygraph database. Act as a liaison with other enforcement and government agencies on matters of criminal intelligence. Assigned by the Assistant Special Agent in Charge(ASAIC) to review all polygraph exams for clarity and accuracy. Updated the Employee Performance Files of over forty agents in the various field offices and in FSD headquarters which included: maintaining the vehicle files of all the government owned vehicles, updating yearly and biannually physicals, weapons files and the polygraph telephone directory. Assisted the Questioned Document Branch by receiving handwriting evidence into my custody by ensuring that the evidence was handled according to the Forensic Science Laboratory Operations manual.

Internship, Assisted on a Questioned Documents database where over 8, 000 articles have to be logged, filed, and maintained for future referencing. Assisted in the organizing and Optical Character Read(OCR) converting of documents in the Questioned Document Article Database 2007(QDAD). Conducted examinations in Questioned Identification Documents(QID) by scanning identification documents, credit cards, traveler's checks, and birth certificates. Assisted in examining and inputting of threat letters into A-LINQ. Handled handwriting evidence making sure that the evidence was handled according to ASCLD-LAB guidelines.
