Reporting to Latin American President in Miami, Florida. Responsible to accurately executed annual business plan established by the headquarters offices in London. Direct managerial and supervising responsibilities over the Finance, Marketing, Sales and IT units. Development and implementation of general strategies for each of the company’s business areas. In charge of company’s PR with major clients, mass media, and other key providers. Coordination of business plans with other regional offices of the world. Presentation of company’s financial results and business activities at several international corporate meetings. Full P&L responsibilities.
·Develop a Strategic Marketing Plan for the country that resulted in doubling target radio audience and a revenue increase of 60% in 2 years.
·Successfully repositioned EMI in the market, resulting in increased ratings and brand awareness.
·Consolidated existing and new departmental infrastructures and staff.
·Reorganized units into unified, high performing team in Venezuela & Colombia, with outsourced services in Miami & Mexico City.
·Develop and led strategic initiatives with key players in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia & Argentina including negotiations, Letters of Intent & Due-Diligence process, regional deals and campaigns.
·Led company’s international expansion strategy; opening new markets for company’s Artists and special products.
·Negotiated multi-territory licensing contracts with major branded companies.
·Directed Marketing, Sales, Licensing, Manufacturing, Human Resources, PR, Finance and International Operations with full country P&L responsibility.
