- Responsible for placing candidates in US also sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates to fulfill current and forecasted requirements from the clients and also hiring candidates with H1B and occasionally for GC and US Citizens.
- Understanding the Job description, identifying and locating the required resources, meeting the requirements using Personal Network, Database, Job Boards and Internal references
- Placing Candidates on a Bench Pushing Model of recruitment in their respective technologies and leading to successful closures
- Experience in using popular Job boards of US like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and Corp-Corp.com and many more...
- Established good relationships with third party vendors to support high volume opportunities
- Scheduling & Coordinating for Technical Interviews by interacting US Team and the Clients.
- Doing Follow-up by email and calls to prospects and ensuring that there is NO leakage of opportunities.
- Also placing our own Candidates for suitable Job openings in their respective domain and technologies posting resumes on various job portals and submitting them for job matching requirements and skills
- Having good experience in Online Recruitment and also have good exposure in CV tuning, Mass mailing, Sourcing Profiles, evaluating and validating technical profiles under significant time constraint
- Negotiating compensation packages, pay rate and relocation benefits (if it is needed), Assessing relevant experience, education, technical skills and personal qualifications for the requirement.
- Have got appreciation for successfully placing and recruiting candidates within a short span of time.
- Also responsible for preparing and scheduling the database of day-today work which includes.
