Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain books of accounts as per International Financial Reporting Standards. Preparation of monthly Financial Statements in compliance with IFRS and other key MIS reports for management. Preparation of Monthly Project costing reports. Daily evaluation of day book, cash and bank vouchers, error rectification and passing necessary entries. Recommend and implement changes to internal control procedures of the company. Assisting the Finance Manager in preparation of projected financial statements for obtaining credit facilities from banks and financial institutions. Supervision of Accounts Receivable Sub ledger, Accounts Payable Sub Ledger and General Ledger to ensure accuracy of books and financial data. Preparing different reconciliations and reports like BRS, Cash flows, Debtor aging, Creditor aging Material Consumptions, stock reconciliation, & expense report with MTD and YTD analysis. Preparing the schedule for payment, ensuring the timely payments and managing the key accounts of the customers with follow up. Making the documentation ready for LC & LG and liaison with bank. Experience in PDC management and daily cash flow. Making the annual closing entries for finalizations of account. Overall responsibility for completion of the statutory audit and correspondence with auditors. Effectively coordinating during the external audit and providing the required data and reports as and when needed.
